Called and talked to a person right away. Tried Lincare the parent company been on hold for a half an hour two times. J&L was able to take care of my concerns.

Have had a problematic relationship since Waterford location became J&L. Most recently, arrangements for O2 and condenser delivery to travel location were not executed. Had been assured O2 would be there. Was advised to bring my own condenser. When I called J&L about the lack of O2 delivery, all the woman could do was submit a notation to someone…. And offer her apology; No fixing of the lack of O2 problem. (They had agreed to provide 12 portable tanks of O2, hoses, canulers and swivel connectors.) I view this as a form of medical neglect. I am on oxygen ALL of the time. I can not breathe her apology. It’s nice of her to offer it, but highly ineffective given the problem. Am discussing referral to a new company with my Dr. I must be able to depend on my O2 provider.

They never answer the phone. That is the way they do business. You can wait for a delivery that never comes...no one calls to let you know what's going on. Then you call to see if you're going to get O2 just to find out that they have closed. The longest time that I have waited for O2 was 11 days!

I would call first i have them for my oxygen i don't know about Cpap machines
