My experience was great at Urgent Care Castro Valley no wait time and the staff from the time I checked. The Doctor was also very helpful and down to earth and provided me with the services I needed

First time visiting in many years. 1) Fast. I expected to wait longer but they did everything relatively quickly. Maybe I was lucky but I had a good experience. 2) The website is good for seeing results and prescriptions. Fast turnaround.

The doctor Daysi Maron is one of the worst I've seen in my life, she was rude to me, she never greeted me, I had to say hello, she was angry, I looked at her and she didn't like me, I expected her to prescribe PAXLOVID for Covid 19, I don't know what it costs them to give that medicine, she's not going to go to jail just for prescribing that medicine. The truth is that doctor should not be working there

I have been here three times, twice for myself and once for my daughter. Both times it was excellent service from every single staff member we encountered. When my daughter sliced her toe open she went to her PCP who advised coming here for stitches. It was a Saturday morning around 10:30 am. and there was no line. When explaining to the friendly front desk staff what happened, Nurse Stella was present and immediately took us to the triage room for assessment. She cleaned it and examined it and not even 10 mins later Dr. McKinley came in to assess. We were checked in and escorted to a room to receive sutures. Both Nurse Stella and Dr. McKinley are phenomenal. Very kind, patient, professional, and most of all extremely caring. Excellent bedside manner and really made a scary situation much better. One of my visits was also with Dr. McKinley and I forgot the other doctor's name from my second visit. The bedside manner of these docs is amazing. They were very kind, thoroughly examined and explained everything, and each experience was positive. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of care. They were very fast and attentive and saved us over $100 and hours of wait time by coming here instead of the ER.

Yes, there is a lot where you can park for free
The Sutter urgent care is in the building adjacent to Eden hospital. It depends on your insurance if you can go there. Health net didn't cover, but Sutter health plus does for us. We're affiliated with BVMG as well. Hope this helps.
