Been here twice, there is a lady who is “helping” people who are in line, but turns out there were misleading and lost package. To people who needs to mail out important things, go other places please.

USPS continues to lose priority packages, to fail to scan packages when they are picked up, fails to process packages in a timely manner, loses packages and ties customer up in long robot phone wait times. Customer service fails 90% of the time - is like this office does not care at all.

Every time I’ve been to this post office, I’ve always have a good service. The employees are courteous and helpful. The lines is often long, but it moves pretty quickly. After experiencing the San Francisco‘S post offices, I’m thankful for this one!

Since there are usually long lines at the post office, the customer service here is curt and brief. There were only 2 postal workers at the counter. The customers are patient for their turn. There is parking in front. Rather than waiting in line, you can drop off your letter or package in the postal box inside the area where there is a machine to buy stamps or when your car exits the parking lot.

There are 3 mail boxes for letters at this location that are located outside the Post Office. Additionally, there is one mailboxes to drop packages inside the building, which should be available 24/7. However, in my experience, the mailbox for packages typically gets jammed.

Absolutely legal seeds from vegetables are mailable, you must show proof to the window clerk that they are legal seeds. Anything more than 13 ounce of packages must be shown to the window clerk for airline security purposes. Good luck.
You can do it either at the post office or online
