Scribnerbend Winery is a great affordable wedding venue, regardless of the weather. Town of Freeport has a nice bed and breakfast owned by a different winery owner. Sacramento has many motels and hotels in all categories and relatively close.
Elk Grove is the closest city.
Thanks everyone for your replies. Elk Grove is close and downtown Sacramento is just 12 miles from the winery. There is also a Westin off of Riverside on I-5 that is 7 miles away.
