Hi Susan, If you have your license plate of the car you were in listed on your account we will be able to match up the transaction to your account. When are car drives through and the electronic payment doesn't occur via E-ZPass, our system takes a picture of the license plate and we have folks here who match up the plates to account holders. You also have the ability to just to go online to your account and pay it there.
