This veterinary clinic filed a SLAPP suit against a man who left a negative review on Yelp. The man spent tens of thousands of dollars to protect himself from the suit. Because of this, people are more wary to write negative reviews here. A SLAPP suit doesn't necessarily have a legal basis. It's a way to harass a person until they run out of money fighting it or they shut up. It's a bullying tactic. Hope this helps. I take both of my puppies and they are extremely knowledgeable but kind to animals. Why do you want to see negative reviews. Sometimes the company is just good.
I dont know about negative reviews but I have several of my animals treated at DAH. The staff is very professional and they care alot about the animals they treat. I trust them with the care of all my animals.
