Cottages are free..apartments in the back are based in income..and theres a 7 minth waiting list..u must luve in a tent first before they move u to an apartment in the back..you first have to qualify for apartments in the back
I looked and looked in their website and called the number, but they insisted I come in to get information. Best thing to do is go there and ask in person.
Most cottages are based on your income and if I'm correct there is a waiting line ,or if you have an illness that would make you vulnerable sleeping in a tent you would have a good chance then ,it just depends ,tomorrow they are taking people in here you need to be here by at least 7:30 am and they start at 8 am make sure you have no drugs or alcohol in your system or you will be asked to leave and would have to wait at 30 days before you can come back and try again
