I'm sorry I can't help you in this field I'm just a tenant here but there are other organizations that could probably help you fun d housing that would probably be more suitable you try going to the Catholic Charities Church and see if the bishop would be willing to help you with this project that's the best I can do to help you like I said there are other organizations out there they're probably be more suitable good luck
