Process takes some time. However, Jennifer went above and beyond to take care of me and help with whatever she could. Communication was excellent and she deserves to be recognized with this company. Thank you so much, I cannot begin to explain how much her hard work and diligence has helped me get through this tough time.

Amazing group of dedicated people who do their absolute best in directing people where they can find answers and solutions for just about anything. Don't listen to any bad reviews please. These folks have hearts of gold and some folks just don't want to take advice from anyone even if it's in their best interest. I was blessed to talk to them when I needed answers to difficult issues. You all rock in my eyes. God Bless you All. Keep up the great work

Do you enjoy waiting several months to achieve nothing? Do you enjoy being lied to by those who are supposed to help you? Do you like wasting your time attending group meetings that are neither enjoyable nor helpful? If you answered yes to all of those questions, then call 2-1-1 today. Healthy Transitions Suncoast will put you in group meetings (I asked for them specifically not to send me to group meetings like this, but they did anyway and later fabricated that their notes said that I had wanted "group assistive services" and that I had wanted help to find myself a job, the first of which I said I did not want or ask for, and the second of which I would simply go to the local Vocational Rehabilitation Services Office not call 2-1-1 for) (where people just talk about their relationships and how thinking positive will get you ahead [in short, the group meetings are not helpful]), and pretend you are just fulfilling your visit a month requirement ("just to stay in the system") while they look for other services to give you (which they never give). One of the workers there also asked me to write an email explaining my issues, and this email was later pretended to be "heartfelt" and not prompted. Their interpretation of the email I had sent was also used to pretend I wanted to be in the group meetings (even though I had already obviously disagreed with this. When they were called so I could opt out of further services, they said I was not even in their system, and to wait a month without answering their phone calls, etc... to be out of the program. To best avoid the group meetings, ask not to have their core services.

I called around 2:30 pm on Monday and had no problem getting through. I almost didn't call because of the reviews, but felt I should find out on my own. I was able to speak to someone in less then 1 minute. she was polite and helped as much as she could. Please don't go by all the reviews on here and try for yourself. Help anywhere is still help.

If she is on the street, call 211 and ask for the homeless helpline. We can dispatch a street team to her for a conversation.
Hi Joan, Families with minor children are now being served by FSI Connects. They can be reached at 727-888-4357. If you do not get assistance from FSI connects, you can reach back out to 211 for additional community resources. Sincerely, 211TBC Team
There are no public funds available for moving costs associated with moving vans or storage. Funds are available to those who qualify for deposit assistance, rent, and utility payment assistance. If you are in Pinellas County, please dial 211 on your phone anytime to be screened for assistance.
Depending on the program you are eligible for, there may be either a dollar amount cap or a one-time assistance cap. Each case is reviewed independently and decisions are made for each case. Our goal is to ensure consumers are caught up on their assistance so to forgot evictions. If we are not able to help, we will connect you with a partner who might be able to assist.
Currently, to qualify for any rapid rehousing program in Pinellas County, you must have a VI-SPDAT screening at a local emergency shelter or with a homeless street outreach team. Once completed, the client is added to the Housing List. Referral are made from the housing list based on the criteria from the completed VI-SPDAT. Rapid Rehousing entry is made only by the referral from and by the Homeless Leadership Alliance Housing List.
No. At this time, our physical officers are not open to the public. Our work continues at remote locations to ensure our community is being served at this time. Due to the large volume of requests, our wait times for assistance is longer than usual.
