I thought surely no one would help with something as important as teeth for free. If so they would be some unexperienced undergrads. These were actual dentist and professionals with degrees. Apparently it's paid for by grants and donations. It actually is free and not poorly, rudely run by some government agency. Will definitely go again.

Just wanna say I work very hard and support an adult with disabilites...I'm from a state where dental is included with the states insurance...not Florida ...so it's been 8 years I've been to a dentist...missing filling 9 cavities and a deep cleaning to come....I brought floss today❤️...saying all that ...thank you for accepting me...I'm covered for a year...you guys rock..and now my mission is to help find some donors...so we can pay it forward

Came here because a filling came out. They told me they could do a root canal or an extraction.. that part was fine. What was not fine is the dentist in training (still in school volunteering to get hours to get her degree or whatever) straight up lied to me and said that more than half of my teeth had cavities and that I would have to have basically all of my teeth worked on asap before my mouth "rotted out". She was super pushy about this but couldn't show me the cavities on the x-rays. I had to wait quite a while but recently was able to get a second evaluation done outside of that office.. 0 cavities. In any teeth. They will use you as a guinea pig basically and let their dentists in training do unneeded work for $ and hours. Don't be a trainees experiment and don't let them touch your teeth!

It’s pretty awesome what they offer to the community! The doctor is fantastic and gentle and cares about educating people as well as treating them. The facility is clean and the staff is welcoming. They are pretty strict about their rescheduling/cancel policy which makes it a little difficult for people with children or who don’t have transportation (a problem low income patients have), So you’ll have to work around them. But this clinic has been so important for our family, we’re thankful to have found them.

how long does it take to get an appointment

It depends on your situation, if you have a dental emergency they work to get you in as soon as possible. For regular appointments once you call & fill out your paperwork it could take a couple weeks to a month depending on how busy they are. You can always ask to be put on the cancellation list, so if someone cancels they would call to see if you could come in sooner for that spot. They are the best, everyone that works there is very nice, very professional & they are knowledgeable about other medical conditions you may have & work with them to keep you safe & make your visit enjoyable. I give them 1000 stars 💟

Do they do free root canals for donations??!!

Karissa Gabrielson | Aug 27, 2019
Lianne Gioielli | Aug 27, 2019

There’s an extremely long waiting list for the root canals and if it’s a case scenario where you need it immediately they can’t put you on the list they suggest you go get it taken care of. This clinic does cleanings, xrays, fillings, basic extractions, nothing close to surgical procedure. Good luck!

Tuesday through Thursday show up well before 10am and you will be provided with a packet to fill out. Then they will talk to you one on one about how everything works, as long as you qualify they will point you in the right direction
