I don't think that they would let you take her back or get a refund because they want a forever home for the puppy and if got one your not her forever home. ( You should think about what you are going to do before you do it 🙂
Think a lot before you adopt a puppy or any animal. They are not a piece of furniture. They do have feelings....they feel sad, afraid, scared, happy. DO NOT ADOPT any animal & do not have kids.
I'd call them and discuss why you think the puppy needs to be returned. A lot of puppy problems are really our own lack of knowledge. I know our first pup was pretty hard. And I was stupid enough to get two at the same time. Even with puppy classes, it was hard going at first. Once I understood their behaviors, it was a lot easier! That said, they know the puppy best and would definitely prefer you return it than try and give it away somewhere else. Organizations typically don't give refunds unless there is something medically wrong they should have known about.
Surrendering the animal, yes. Getting a refund probably not since it's not a store, it's an animal shelter and the fees we paid cover partially whatever the animals needed prior to adoption so it's not really a sale.
You can return them but you will he charged a fee for return.
You can call them and ask...
I believe you can return her but I don't believe they do refunds at all because all the money goes to the animals. You should call and ask but I'm 95% sure they don't give refunds
