It's a great swimming and fitness center. Standard swimming lap pool and family pool with various kinds of training classes. my oldest son is taking classes here. He makes progress very quickly and now enjoys the competitive level courses on weekly basis. The summer camp here is also really impressive and a nice choice for the kids.

I sent my kids here primarily to learn to swim as they made little progress when they attended other swimming schools several years ago. HereThe instructors have a lesson plan and the supervisor (not the instructor) evaluates the progress of the students at the end of the week. The method of their teaching is effective compared to other schools we’ve attended. My kids progressed fast within 2 weeks compared to other 2 swim schools I sent them to for years. Price is also reasonable. I’m truly impressed how my kids have greatly improved in just 1-2 weeks
