Louis Dejoy continues to make USPS even more difficult to work with. The USPS website wouldn’t cut it in countries with a population smaller than San Jose.

There's no self drop off option located in this Post Office. If you have a pre-paid package you'll have to wait in line to get it processed. Not the most efficient location if you're in a rush or have a quick drop off

Awful Service, Firstly the package was supposed to arrive on a Saturday but suddenly got changed to Friday. No problem and than i went to the post office, not a good experience, Fedex and USP are much better at customer service. If you want people to stand in one line how about not having 2 lines and then informing people after the fact. And then you wait around while the employees sit around talking in the back. Be weary when coming here.

Kamaljit was very helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to find my packages. Friendly, helpful, kind, and efficient assistance provided at mail counter. Successful & stress free errand. Thank you K. Kuan! Granted I have never come here for just passport services. I usually just come here when I need a box to mail a package in. The lines are long, but move fast in my experience. The ladies helping at the front are usually nice and process the packages to be mailed quickly and efficiently.

No, however, you should arrive at least 30 minutes before they open since they only hand out a set number of passes each day....
If you go on the web, it takes just a few minutes. If you go to the post office, the wait b time can be 1-2 hours in line.
Yes, sign on the window said appointment needed.
Thx Saiman. So it sounds like the answer is actually no. I can't drop a PACKAGE unless it's during office hours.
No, only monday to friday from 915-215 but they only have 40ish slots per day
Yes
Yes you may You don't have to wait I would just go to the mailman. They may ask for your address and name for confirmation, the mailman I encountered wasn't too strict when i lost my key as well
He'll probably need to fill out an application for a new one and go in in person instead of renewing if his passport was issued before he was 16
Ask post office..
If you have Internet access, it can be renewed online in a few minutes (not including posting time for shipment of the passport itself). Usually 6-8 weeks to obtain the renewed passport in the mail.
Depends on the size of the box, I'd suggest going to the USPS Web site first
I believe only if a signature is required and no one is available to sign. then the mail carrier will leave a notice to retrieve the package
