I don't know what the heck is wrong with the people inside here. They act like they are so important. I had my package and delivered it to them but surprisingly, the guy told me to bring my boxes all the way to their storage after getting the weight of it. No customer service! Even on phone when you call, he will say go call the AMZ or the UPS. I said "this is the UPS right?" He goes, "Yes, but it's a store, go and google their number to call" So rude!

I’ve been using and occupying this UPS Store for approximately 3 years and the new owners are definitely a breathe of fresh air. Young and Jay are very pleasant to work with and are extremely polite. My main use for my mailbox is to prevent mail theft and to ensure all my business letters are safe. The nice thing about this store too is that you can return Amazon packages. One of my biggest frustrations is that this store gets occupied rather quickly during rush hour so you have to be patient when attempting to use their services. It’s the only UPS Store in Milpitas so you can’t expect it to be any different. The only solution to this would be to expand their facility and hire additional workers. Otherwise, for your own sanity, try to get there when the traffic is less congested. UPS Stores in general aren’t the most up-to-date with pricing and services so please do some research before heading to the store. I recommend if you are going to ship a package to search under different carriers and also search for coupons. Let’s give the new owners some support and love especially during these weird unprecedented times!

Dishonest workers here. Needed to print a shipping label and ship something to return. Guy at the counter says it's $2, then upcharged me $2.95 even when he didn't know how to read the email and find the attachment for the label. When he printed it out he didn't tell me it was a USPS label. Granted, I should have checked myself, but I went to the UPS store assuming I could get everything done there. Charged me for an overpriced box and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my package with them so I just went to the post office. All in all, $7.31 to just get my stuff packed but not shipped. You can save a lot more money printing labels at FedEx. Glad the worker made a quick buck off me, now I know never to return here for my shipping needs. Avoid.

I had to return the package and the person who supposed to handle my request was very rude and very very impatient. This makes me feel like I should never ever use UPS again. Worst customer service. FedEx is way better than this.
