Came in to my appointment a little late today, which I understood as my fault. I accept that as my full responsibility. However, the customer service and the lady who works there is super disrespectful and very dismissive. Acted like I was 100% in the wrong for not understanding her and what she meant, saying it’s my fault. Instead of helping me, she justifies why she’s right and closes the door, saying she’s not going to talk to me anymore. I waited an entire hour after my scheduled appointment before they told me to reschedule and that they were busy.

Came in for an appointment today. Let start off with the most shocking experience was with the staff. The Vietnamese lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. She seems like she’s in such a rush and give attitude at you even when you have questions. I wish I have read other review but commonly, she treat everyone like a dumb human being and it’s their fault for not knowing something. Because she was already giving attitude from the start, she did not make the blood drawn any easier. If you can just stab anyone with a needle unprofessional just because you look down on the patient and wiggle it during the process can work here … Quest you need to take a look at your hiring process again. Not only that, she did not care to answer or help you once you are step out of her cubicle and just give a over the shoulder reply. Next, my appointment stated that it would be cover and there are no charges required. HOWEVER, this lady said she doesn’t care and doesn’t have time to take a look at the email or double check the order. She straight up charge you on front of your face and make you pay out of pocket.

I would rate this terribly with 0 stars if I could. All the quests I have been too have been clean, neat and in updated buildings with professional staff. This one lacks all of that. Not enough seats, the building is falling apart and in a strange area. The rooms are cubbies and it feels like very low quality care. The staff have the same rushed and curt behavior you would expect at a DMV. Icky experience. I suggest you text elsewhere if you want a better experience.

First, good thing is this place is clean and located in a convenient place. But a person there called Tien (I asked her for her name) was really unprofessional and rude. My appointment was at 8:30 but by the time I finished using the kiosk to check in, it was 8:36. Although my name was shown as the first person on the screen, I was not called for quite a while. After waiting patiently for half an hour, I saw Tien and asked her. She actually knew I was waiting all this time and told me because I was late to check in, I had to wait until they became free. No problem. I waited for another 15 minutes and saw Tien again, so I asked her how much longer she thinks I need to wait. This time she became rude and seemingly mad about my inquiry and kept implying that it was my fault and I deserved what happened. Let me suggest two things: 1) while I was waiting, I saw a few people struggled in using the check in kiosk and I helped them. Certainly this can cause delay. It is not a problem to wait longer, but Tien could have been helpful and informed people what happened (because she knew people are waiting), instead of showing her unprofessional attitude that I should be punished. 2) my name was first on the screen all the time. If I need to wait, why don't you add a remark or put me in a waiting queue on the screen? This way I can tell what happened. By the way, there were two others with me at that time being treated unprofessionally by Tien. Also, a person waiting there told me he came yesterday and was treated badly as well. Quest is in a service business, so please study these and see what you can do better.
