Just bring your new address and DMV says it's free if you don't request a new license. If you want a new licence then you'll need to pay for a new one.
no you need an appointment you just go there to the information booth and I'll give you a little for more you go over to the computer and fill out a change and they give you a new one sometimes they make you pay for the new lic or ID
