I read that cats over 3 years old are free. Is this true? We are a low income family. I cant afford $100 but looking for a therapy animal for my 11 year old daughter with depression and anxiety

Now that my kids have grown and moved out, I have bedding I'd like to donate. Will your shelter accept clean pillows, blankets, bedspreads, or padded mattress pads for the animals' use?
