I placed an order of a jacket they had in stock, to pickup in store. I picked it up, tried it on, didn't like it so tried to return then and there. But they said I can't return it in store because even though it was in-store item, apparently "the payment system is different online". Now I have to go through return process online and pay return shipping. Welcome to the 90s. Also, the jacket was really low quality.

You need to take your time at UNIQLO stores in order to find the good staff. They brought something fresh and they keep making things cool.

The young gen Z workforce is lacking some serious manners. I was needing some assistance with returning, and through my interaction with two young staff, they didn’t even say “thank you” or “sorry (for the inconvenience)” for their new strict return policies or anything. Even at the end when I thanked them, I got no response. This may sound a bit nit-picky, but nah man…it’s coming off a bit rude and unfriendly. It’s just not great customer service. Plain and simple. Further deductions are for the strict return policy. Turns out you can’t return online purchases in-store anymore.
