Do they issue a tourist visa the same day? I was wondering if i need to stay in LA for the night or will be able to leave LA and return in the evening?

Need to be in the in the consulate office by 9;00 am to put your name in the list. The people that work at the consulate are extremely nice and helpful. Be sure you call them first becsuse they do have certain restrictions fot certain counties. Hope you have as a wonderful experience as i had recently when i needed their services
