Wonderful service. My appointment started on-time and was handled quickly and efficiently. The appointment was for the issuance of a passport and all of the documentation and items that I needed for it were clearly explained on the Consulate website (by the way, the website is in both Lithuanian and English and the English version is excellent with no language errors). I’ve lived in several different countries over the past 7 years and consequently have had to deal with a number of bureaucrats and this was by far the most stress free experience that I’ve had.

A great consulate office of Republic of Lithuania! The staff was helpful and polite. Furthermore, they were friendly. Of course, I have been here once, during the election day. Still, I cannot complain about the way this establishment was run. Also, disregard the previous comment about people who work here as racist. My family members, were not white or Lithuanian, and they were welcomed and helped at this establishment.

The most unprofessional I have ever experience. I traveled to the continent and more than 39 countries and I always had an amazing experience. This office was unprofessional, not polite at all and they look at your skin color. I will never visit this office or country again. The only reason I went Lithuania was that we a vital conference that my presence was very important otherwise I was going to cancel my trip.

Even though I am Lithuanian, and can leave a review in Lithuanian language. However, since it is a public platform, I am leaving in a language, which everybody can understand. It is a nice Consulate office. I came here during the voting day, and the staff was courteous, polite, and helpful. If you need help in regards to visiting Lithuania, or need help from Lithuanian government, I would recommend a visit to this establishment!

I'm not an expert but I believe since the Republic wasn't declared until 16 February 1918 that would be to early to have left to reclaim citizenship. Worth checking further though.
Dear Mr. Igor Zubritsky Thank you for message. The Consulate General of Lithuania in Los Angeles discontinued visa issuance in 2019. You may apply for a Schengen visa at any visa center located in the U.S. For locations and other information, please visit https://www.vfsglobal.com/en/individuals/index.html or call at 872-302-8365.
