My experience in trying to contact a consular and ask questions and directions to accomplish some things was excellent. Waited a small amount of time, the consular listened carefully to what I had to say, then provided me with several options, very clearly. Like a typical "tico" he was very polite, very knowledgeable. I could not ask for more. Thank you!
We need a number that works for Costa Rican citizens .. What is happening at the Consulate? Since working, you are not ... This is ridicule, please, be more professional and answer the emails ...

The only thing I recommend is to go because they are constantly busy ... and close at 1
