Hello, does anyone know what number the Bolivian consulate in Los Angeles is called? I come calling the number they have every day but they never answer. Someone help me?

In the Web page it says that we must make an appointment before going to the consulate. But where is the date taken?

They NEVER answer your phone, or answer emails. You have to visit them.
