You need a appointment. If you have proof of travel within 72hrs only way to do same day in leaving that night ir the following MORNIN it's 205
If you have travel booked withing the next 14 days you can make an appt. If the travel is withing the next 3 days you can do a walk in. When i did mine about 3 months ago. I paid 110 for the book, plus 60 for same day pick up plus i believe 30 for processing fee.
