Liron Brannon posted a few days ago that there is a Will Call window at the Wilshire Passport Office that will help those without appointments. Going next Wed for travel on Saturday. Just want to make sure!!

U dont need to line up that early....but the earlier the better. Be in line NO LATER than 630am....if u line up as late as 630am; it will take longer and/or u may need to pickup your completed passport the next day. If u do line up between 12-4am or so u might be able to handle everything the same day

Yes they have 2 will call windows. To get an appointment for the same day you will need to get in line early. The line up begins at 12:00am. I suggest getting in line no later than 3 am as the line gets long quick. I arrived at 12:00am and was second in line. I was in for same day passport and finished at 8:00am.
