There limited parking on Mulholland or you can park in the day use part by going in the Park main gate for a small fee. Bikini all day is fine, no reservations needed.
The park is open sunrise to sunset, you can park your car and ride in the park within those hours. There is no overnight camping since the campground is closed until further notice.
First come first served. Holidays you need to go early ,pay for parking $12.00 all day.no fires,cooking in the back country. Only in the picnic area BBQ is allowed.
