This was my third BMW purchased at Bob Smith BMW. My salesperson for this purchase was Ryan Rivera. I had been in contact with other dealers over the past year. It was impossible to obtain what I wanted. So I ended up having a 2022 230I built through Bob Smith. The process was easy. I have always appreciated the no pressure attitude at this dealership. Unfortunately, because of the situation with chips, there were no deals on price, but there were no charges above cost either, unlike some other dealers. Ryan is an excellent salesperson. He is great at follow up. He is extremely kind and patient. I had a great experience.
