After speaking with the United States inspection Services, I have filed a formal complaint. Ravi said he will close my box even though I paid him in far in advance and he will not give any refunds on months not used. The owner will not bend at all if you leave your package there over 5 days..he will charge $35-$50 or more. He said that he wouldn’t charge on small boxes… he lied. I told the owner that I am moving, so you would think he would be a little lenient. Moreover, I have been there for over 20 years. Prior to him taking over the store, customer service was excellent.

I have not received any mail for over 3 months. I keep getting other people’s mail in my box. I’ve complained to the manager several times and he completely disregarded my complaint. I believe the store is renting my box to other people because when I check my mail box I see other people’s mail with my mailbox number. Also the store may be throwing my mail away. I have no proof but there is no way that I don’t get mails.

Have been a customer for 7 or 8 years. Never any issues. Staff turnover is high but the owners have always been helpful and accommodating. It’s got better since they’ve stopped being UPS Store. More options. Good music too 24/7.
