Took 5 months to close my claim. I never received a call from the adjuster. I left her more then 15 voicemails and she never returned one. I was called back by her other associate. The other associate wasn’t much help either and was very rude. They never answered the other parties insurance either. I had to keep calling them and speaking with different managers until someone finally got back to me.

Worst insurance company ever. Literally ready to file complaints with the Attorney General and insurance commission. They don't even cone to the door at there office. It took us 5 business days before we were able to get ahold of anyone just to file our claim.

parent co. of Go Insurance and many other Ins. is the worse. Their phone for claim dept. have no one. Cannot file a claim, open a claim. If you finally get a claim opened, good luck getting in contact with your adjuster/ or someone to help you with your claim. Do not do business with this company. Report them to Dept of Insurance.

We use GO insurance, which underwrites through Topa. The claims process is non existent. They'll take your money ASAP, but trust that you won't hear from anyone if you have an accident. Since it's looks like someone actively responds to these posts, here are some questions: 1. What number do I call to reach a claims person during business hours? I called the claims line at 2:00pm EST on a Thursday and got the after-hours voice mail box. 2. How long does it take to resolve a claim? I'm going on 4 weeks and have never heard from my claims adjuster, nor anyone else. You say that you have employee's, but there's no proof of that. You say that you have caring employees? Prove it - give me a phone number that someone will actually answer. Feel free to respond in to this review with a phone number that ANY GO customer can use to speak to an actual person the first time they call - you know, like you can with Progressive, State Farm, GEICO.
