Can handicapped people on wheelchair access some of the trails? What about handicapped people and hunting?

What level of disability? The Meadow loop from mile marker 19 or the big laguna campground is relatively level, but sandy, so wheel chairs are probably out. There's also the old county road from mm 19 that is still mostly paved, but steep. Most of the hunters i see have to go cross country for deer, but i do see turkeys near the trails on fall. Bow hunting only.

Which part of Cleveland NF? There are a lot of different areas. Cleveland NF is pretty big.

You can definitely access some areas and some really nice ones at that, but still pretty limited on amount of trails
