I sent my sister a pkg and it said it was delivered to her door/porch and she was watching for it, but she still hasnt recieved it and i cant reach the post office through the 800 number does anyone know the local number

I would be inclined to think a criminal took the package after it was delivered. It happens often in, and around, our community. You could ask for signature requirements on future deliverables.
