By far the worst place to do business. The lose my stuff all the time and are a pain to deal with. They don’t care and their drivers apparently can’t read.

By far the worst USPS branch I've had the displeasure of dealing with. My packages rarely get delivered to my apartment. Sometimes they even like to mark them delivered but keep my packages on their truck. Forcing me to go through an entire process where I have to physically go to the post office only to be told they'll call me with information. They never do. My packages just mysteriously show up after hours.

This post office is horrible. Apparently the mail carriers are trained to lie about delivering packages to certain addresses. I have had multiple incidents where they say my mail has been “delivered to my front door or porch” but there’s nothing there. I have a Ring camera that would have captured the delivery or possible theft if that was the case but there’s never any footage of this so called delivery. These postal workers and then subsequent thieves are either fast enough to deliver a package without setting off my cameras or they are liars. Horrible that this agency has to be depended on for mail delivery since they don’t care about getting anything right. But hey, when you get paid regardless of the quality of your work why would you care? My only advice to the employees of this awful agency is to strive to be better than what you are now.

On-time delivery has slowed down over the last few months. It's days before some mail or packages show up. I've now had 2 packages delivered to the wrong address! Worse, the carrier ignores clearly marked outgoing mail (and I know because I see it on my security camera).

Go to the website. I've done it before, costs money I believe.
No the West Richland branch does not. You need to make an appointment with the Richland Post Office and they will help you.
Yes, but with the weather and all the snow still on the ground carries are moving slow. They may not have enough time to get to every house every day while this weather persists, but your mail will get to you.
You will have to get a locksmith to change out the lock. The post office will change it for $50. If you ask your carrier nicely they might take the lock of for you for free and you can buy a new one at the hardware store
Depends where you live
I sent my sister a pkg and it said it was delivered to her door/porch and she was watching for it, but she still hasnt recieved it and i cant reach the post office through the 800 number does anyone know the local number
