What a wonderful crew! We were brand new customers and though they were swamped, they got us right with kind and friendly smiles! They got back to us in just a couple of days with the diagnosis of our poor old weed eater but unfortunately it was toast! They were honest! Instead of nickel & dime me, he let me know the sad old boy needed to be laid to rest! I appreciate that! Thank You Liberty Lawn & Saw, we’ll be back!

Talk about lack of customer service! All I have to say is that the customer is always wrong at this shop.

I have made several parts purchases from this shop over the years and was always really impressed with the services. I recommended them by word of mouth to a few friends who also used them. I went in again to purchase a part over the counter and my experience changed. The rep behind the counter did not show much respect to me (in my opinion) and wasn't openly willing to work with me. The impression he gave me was that I was young, naive and didn't know what I was taking about and he felt the need to school me. The part in question is a common Briggs part interchangeable from many lawn tractors it is fitted to, however, even knowing this, he wasn't willing to take a look to see if anything in stock would work for me without an engine model number which was something I didn't have. I did however bring the part in question to the store when I visited. After being told they could not help me without a model number, I went home. Within a few minutes of online research I found several parts and part kits from a variety of Briggs units that all had the part that would have worked on my unit. I knew this from the beginning and I am almost certain they would have had the part from at least one kit or part number in store. It is a shame to me, because I really do like to support local shops and I also am always willing to pay more for the convenience of having the item in hand the day I need it. I get that this is their specialty, but I am no novice either and I know this part was not unique or even slightly different enough to warrant the need for an exact match to one precise Briggs part number. Overall, I still appreciate their services, but this last encounter certainly dropped my opinion of them. If you need basic lawn tools they will have it. If you need anything more than the basics, I now say go online; you will find what you need and save yourself the struggle of working with the reps and their policies.

I am a commercial mowing company owner. Stay away. The work performed on my machines was a joke. I Was told i needed oil change and new air filter on my push mowers. Oil was changed by me before bringing in to shop, date i changed oil was clearly written on oil filter (2-21-21) Just trying to get extra money from customer. They charged me for 2.67 hours to put in a new drive cable for my push mower! $226.95 just in labor for that! And the cable is resting on the drive belt, already causing wear through on cable and ive only turned it on to test their work. They also charged me 2.5 hours for putting on a new carb on one of my push mowers. They are out to take your money and not even do quality work. Im all about making money , but atleast do a good job. Stay away.
