Ty’s Bar & Grill

Ty's is often on the way home from the Tri-Cites for us. My buddy and I stopped in for a beer the other day and the staff were their usual, overworked and underpaid, cheerful selves. This tavern is family and biker friendly, and we are always treated well. Have eaten there in the past and the food is better than average bar food. Stop off, have a cold one, and grab a bite if you're nearby. Make sure you tip well if you like it. I doubt the staff gets paid half of what they deserve. Worth dropping the kickstand for.

We had hamburgers and I must admit, these were flat out amazing. The pull tabs were a lot of fun too.

One of the waitress would not stop asking me if I wanted more beer. I even went in to pee and she yelled at me from the entrance of the bathroom if I wanted another one. No lie! Its like either she wanted to sell beer fast or she wanted me out of there quickly. For what reason I will never know. Just bad service.

I took my kids there to play pool, in the afternoon. Very friendly & helpful waitstaff. Upbeat atmosphere. We didn't order food, but the menu looked good and what other folks ordered taunted the olfactory glands. Will go again.
