Best Italian food I've had sense moving to WA state from east coast 15 plus years ago. My only regret is I didn't find it sooner. Amazing food nice staff. Everything on the menu is good, I've had most of it.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Hostess was very rude, basically looked at me like what am I doing there. Didn’t greet me or say not one nice thing to me. We got a pizza and two lasagnas all three of us family members had serious stomach issues after eating there, I was very concerned because I’m pregnant. Lasagna looked like something frozen they just popped in a microwave. Ground beef meat was very processed, didn’t look fresh at all. Pizza was under cooked. We really regretted not going to chicken shack or just ordering Pizza Hut pasta and pizza from there. As a West Richland resident there’s only so many food options here but this was not worth the $60 or the bathroom visits.

Food is absolutely amazing. We went for a second time and i saw our waitress box another tables’ food up touching the food with her bare fingers. When i asked her to box ours up, she had dropped a fork on the ground walking back behind the counter and then used that same fork to box our food. Pretty disgusting.

Their sister restaurant “Greek Islands” was closed on Sunday for some reason so we went to Italiano’s to order two Greek Chicken salads and an Arts Mistake pizza for take out. Man we’re we surprised; the quality and portion size of the salads including the amount of chicken was better than Greek Island; they given more meat, more tomatoes more cucumbers and taste was even better; pizza quality was about equal so I think I am switching it out to Italiano’s!!!! Try them!
