Where are the quietest rooms located in the hotel?

Top floor away from the pool/street -- a street restaurant played music until 2am the last time I was there and kept me awake. Also the AC in the room is old and loud, and the walls are thin--overall, not a quiet hotel at all.

I have stayed in rooms in almost every part of the hotel and have never had any noise issues.

All rooms should be quiet. If they aren't, you need a better hotel!
