Why will no one answer the phone at the Mission Inn? For two days I've been trying. Their recording will leave you hanging for 5 or 6 minutes and then ask you to leave your number. Of course, they never returned my call.

I've called them multiple times to book and they've answered every time. There is only 1 person who works the front desk, so maybe they were busy. It's a small place....

That's not my experience. They usually call me back

Stayed there 12/11. Answered phone right away and even called us back when they had a cancellation on date we really wanted...my birthday.

I had the same experience a few weeks ago, it was quite frustrating. Eventually I did get a call back. With that exception the stay and amenities were fantastic.
