I had just flatted on a road ride and walked into pedals as Nick and Aaron were opening. I had nothing on me. No money, tubes or air. Aaron fixed me up in minutes and trusted that I would come back and settle up! Great guys. Great service. Bike vibes . Go see them and get on a bike!!

Aaron Emery is excellent at building high-end wheelsets. Perfect spoke tension, never a scratch on the rims or hubs upon completion. I have had Aaron build a few wheelsets for me and if you need something done with the utmost attention to detail, Aaron is the perfect person for you to deal with.

1st off…Worst customer service. I called before bringing my bike in for a brake adjustment . They told me to bring my bike in that day. So I rode down and brought it in. The guy doesn’t even take 5 seconds to look at my brakes and says , nothing I can do about it for another week. We’re booked up. WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO BRING MY BIKE IN THEN ?! Could have told me your booked for service a week out before wasting my time . All this place wants to do is sell gear , nothing else . He was quick to hurry me out the door after his 5 second assessment . FYI a brake pad adjustment takes 60 seconds of your time … If your in riverside i would go elsewhere . Pedals is NOT THE SPOT

I was very impressed yesterday with this bike shop. I went in to get a particular brand. Apparently there can only be one vendor per city of this particular brand. and did not carry it. So, instead of trying to talk me into the brand that they did Carry they very kindly referred me to the bike shop that carried that brand. They were so nice. I will definitely be taking my new bike there for service and if I ever need another bike I will definitely go there. In these hard times it was very touching to experience that mom and pop kind of customer service. Thank you Pedals I will be back
