This particular JC Penney is a lot better than the one in Moreno Valley. It's bright, organized and there are plenty of helpful associates. The one in Moreno Valley is so dark that I had to take out the flashlight on my phone to see the color of the clothing. Riverside Galleria JC Penney all day.👍🏾👏🏾

I am not giving a good rating because I sat for pictures with my family and they turned out horrible!!!! I just wish there was more direction! The pictures looked horrible and I looked fat !!! Like I understand I need to loose 20 pounds but the angle of the pictures were not cute at all!!! Then she wanted me to pay $400!!!!!! Hell no!I paid 100 bucks and left. Will not return!!!!

Went to the hair salon here and I was very surprised at how professional the stylist is there she told me what would happen with my daughters hair and gave me advice about color and dying hair at her age. I really was appreciative of her expertise and she was right in the end my daughter got what she wanted and also advice on how to treat her hair after and what products to use.
