The most important thing is to make sure they are mentally mature and can fully understand FIREARMS. Then comes physical ability to handle a firearm. Age is not a REAL factor here. Also, recommend to start them off with a rifle, 0.22 caliber.
Yes as long as an adult accompanies them.theres also a limit to 2 people per lane so you might want to check with the guys at the shop if they'll let you have both kids with you, otherwise you'll probably want to take 1 at a time. They also have reasonable pricing on instructor time for training, just call the shop.
