If I could give this store a zero I would. Someone really needed to use the bathroom and the security guard politely took them and open the door so they can use it. Moments later the security guard got FIRED ON THE SPOT!!! I really wanted to stand up for the security guard but didn’t want to cause any problems. I can’t believe the manager would fire someone over something so simple. Apart from that Customer service was really bad had to wait at the cash register for 10 minutes to get an item. Trust me don’t come here this place doesn’t deserve to be here and the manager doesn’t deserve his spot. Please don’t shop here.

My driver needed to print PPW and he spent 45 min inside the store. Nobody could help him! They had an issue with internet and they refused to accept it. No internet inside the store.

Worst customer service ever! And that's really saying something since customer service has as a whole has really taken a back seat. Needed some documents printed from my phone 25 items. The only decent person in the whole place was the lovely African American lady at the cashier register she greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to staples. That's the extent of their customer service. I needed 25 items printed from my phone to pay my taxes explain that to one of the 4 associates doing nothing behind the print and marketing counter there were literally 3 customers in the entire store I was the only 1 in the print department associate Leah decided she would help I guess could she was the closest to me kept looking down didn't really wanna help me I saw me standing there quietly for about 4 minutes all for that not 1 person said anything to me until I said excuse me may I get some assistance Leah finally looks up with the disgusted look like she had to deal with the public I explain to her I was technologically challenged and needed this done she pointed me in the direction of the self service I just told her I'd need help but she points me in the direction of the self service and tells me to read the instructions and then because it's required said but if you need more assistance let me know of course I led needed more assistance I let her know and she just stood there the staples in North Hollywood on Sherman way would have assisted me because of lack of consideration for the customer I've literally had to do each item 1 at a time pull my credit card output by credit card back in 25 times and print them 1 at a time 20:05 times where as if she would have been able to assist be I'm sure she could have done all 25 in 1 swoop with 1 credit card transaction you have for associates in the printing department and 1 customer yet no 1 could seem to help this staple should be shut down and used for commercial use only since they don't want to deal with the public worst service ever complained a manager he also hacked or act like it was not that much of a concern from him so says they don't wanna help the public shut him down

This is a convenient Staples if you work in the are, however, it is a horrendous nightmare of an experience. The electronic payment system is a mess, it seems like there are only two employees working at a givem time. Payment is another ordeal that seems to take mot less than 5 whole minus, Pay with the cash with this one while its still in business. Look for a Pep Boys and Costco because it is a little hidden.

No. Just e-recycling. No cash out.
They do but I don't know if their taking any drop off at the moment
Haven't seen that document though not looking... just yet! Best to call. Good luck in all things
I don't know for sure, but I would say no, Staples wouldn't be the place for that. Maybe try Fry's Electronics
Only via online sales, not from a store
