This place went from decent to garbage, I dont recommend it at all they gave us a quote for 90 dollars then raised it to 130 for no reason just become we did not wanted the service do to hight end price. And they still did not told us what was wrong with the car telling me that shocks leak water, ok no honest work, stay away from this place highway robbery.

Hmm. Surprised to see such a Low rating on Google. I took my 4Runner in for Breaks. I advised I have a long drive to do in a few days. I initially spoke to Fred. I scheduled with Martha. I had the pads replaced and the team stated my routers didn’t need a resurface (turning) and that my 4Runner was ready. The next day, breaking still felt a tad off so off I went to bring my 4Runner back to them. Vasken contacted me few hours after I dropped of my vehicle and said some different information. Naturally I was way concerned but with Vascan hearing my concern and understanding I need to be safe when traveling, he stopped me and corrected the error without me even asking. He ended the issue with correct customer service so thank you Vascan for extending the correct assistance and level of customer service that I personally am used to from Peps Boy’s.

Pretty sure I just got scammed into paying for two tires. I came in to get my front left tire changed because it gets flat every 30-40 minutes of driving. They ended up changing the back right tire because they said there was a nail in it. I am 95% sure there was not. There was also another man in the store who didn’t know he had a nail in his tire until they told him he did. He had a 2020 vehicle he says would have let him know that. Coincidence? I don’t know. So I had to end up paying to get the tire I actually NEEDED changed as well as the one with the “nail” in it. And they charged we TWICE for the service, even though they messed up which tire to change. No discount for messing that up. They did show me a tire with a nail in it but how hard would that be to fake? I’m pretty sure they scammed me, and the other guy. A bunch of kids working there messing around in the garage, as well. Go somewhere else.

I want to put in a review for the lady who helped me, her name was Martha. And I just want to say thank you! She was so helpful, she let me know exactly what I needed done to the car. Gave me great prices. Left the shop happy and car running in great condition. Please give her a raise or bonus:)
