I went today to redalers west bike shop buy tires,tube,hand grips,tools fix my mountain bike and the people work where so nice and kind and help me get the stuff I need for my mountain bike I recommend this bike shop I will be come back soon to bike shop

$50 "shipping" charge to buy a bike off of the floor. If I would have known this was not an industry standard, I would have gone somewhere else. The bike is cool, though

Professional bicycle shop that delivers great service! I feel confident getting my bicycle fixed here, as I know the job will be done correctly and safety is my #1 priority! My bicycle is so fast and I can ride longer distances now. Thank you I will be coming back for any repairs

Horrible experience with this shop. I took my bike in to have a dropper remote installed. I was told it would take 2-3 days and cost $15-25. I was told by Tony if the dropper needed to be rewired he would not charge for that. The bike was three weeks old and had plenty of slack wire. Two days later I got a call saying the bike would be ready in 6 days (8 total days). I told them I absolutely needed it by Friday (4 days after drop off). After a struggle, I was told it would be ready Friday. On Friday, I received a call from the owner telling me that not only would the bike not be finished that it would cost $40. He said it was because the cable needed to be replaced. I told him the cable was practically new and that I was told by Tony that he wouldn't charge for it if it needed replacement. The owner said that it is his store and Tony didn't make those decisions and also didn't believe me. I told him to ask Tony and he said Tony was on a lunch break. I then went to the store 5 mins away and both the owner and Tony were there. I asked for my bike and questioned Tony about the wire. Of course he said he "didn't remember." I told them I would not be taking my bike back....they could care less. The owner wouldn't even look me in the eyes while I waited by the register instead preferring to break down boxes and not help me. The next day I took my bike to REI and they fixed is for $18 plus 10% off for members. Never again will I go this place....steer clear as they are dishonest and untimely. The owner is a real piece of work with his mask below his nose like one reviewer said. One of the worse experiences I have had as a customer period! PS. I although this place is horribly run, they have some very good mechanics. That is why I gave one star.
