My visit today at the San Fernando Valley Advanced Imaging with Juanita greeting and registering me for my scheduled appointment she has a great personality and is very professional. My wait time was prompt with my scheduled MRI when Jeanette was pleasant and informational as she escorted me to the rear with the technician Efrin who made sure that the contrast section of my MRI was painless because I'm afraid of needles. The whole Staff over at this location in Panorama has a great attitude wonderful atmosphere and awesome employee's who absolutely love what they do and it shows, Thanks for a great experience. I was redirected to this office because I had two bad experiences over at the Liberty Imaging Center in Tarzana which was very unprofessional with approximately five young front desk personnel who did not acknowledge the patients waiting in line for awhile and when the one clerk did assist me I still waited past my appointment time and asked to be rescheduled because of the pain in my back. I have no plans to ever return, Beautiful building, Unprofessional staff, No validation for parking, my experience at this location was bad and I wish them well.

Worst Staff Ever!!! Went there this morning with a referral from the urgent care I was given. Called in advance because I was taking a Lyft to confirm what I needed and if they did them. Arrived and the service was terrible. Receptionists was rude and discriminatory because I’m African American. Claimed they haven’t updated the website in two years to sure they don’t do them…. And all she could say was she was sorry that I wasted my time and money???? I’ll never again go to a medical facility that does not treat its patients with considerable care. Worst Staff Ever!!!!

I went for an MRI. Joe was fantastic in getting me the appointment before the end of the year. Karina at the front desk was so warm and hospital. The technicians Sam and Greg were wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable especially since I do not like enclosed spaces. The place is very clean. It felt safe. I highly recommend the facility in panorama city. Thank you.
