Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at Lowes Burbank? I've purposely let it ring for the last 38 mins 14 secs just to see if anyone would pick up. Too bad. I'll go elsewhere cuz they picked up and answered my question.
I've called many times, to many departments and I can NEVER EVER get anyone to answer the phone....it is so frustrating!!
