Hi. I purchased Kraftsmaid kitchen cabinets from your store in Burbank. Mary K was really great with suggestions and being there for us. We changed our minds so many times regarding design and color but she was very patient with us. Everything was delivered within weeks and Chuck and his professional crew (Mr. Alfonzo and Mr. Daniel) installed everything for us. The installers were very professional and did beyond my expectation. They are great looking cabinets and quality is great also. Thank you.

Failing to comply with ADA, parking spaces farther away, and ADA access blocked by planters. The parking spaces that are on the left side, by the garden center are badly located , those are on the path of the exit and bearly space enough for the vans. If are loading something run the risk of being hit by a car racing to the mall exit. Curbside pick up it’s efficient, associates are available for advise, help and questions.

Huge store with a wide selection. Crazy parking lot that's too close to Costco for my liking. I only go to this shopping center when I absolutely have to. But that's probably just me being a little crazy. If you're in the area and need anything for your home, work or hobbies... This place should have it.

Saddest Lowe’s I’ve been to. Nearly all the outdoor succulents were dying as well as many other plants from the heat. Not much of a selection for houseplants. I didn’t photograph much since many of the plants were dying. However I did enjoy looking at their little 1.5 oz succulent pots. I haven’t seen these little ones in other Lowe’s I’ve stopped at.

They don’t ever answer the phone. For a company that repeatedly says they are here for us, they really aren’t. Customer service sucks. The board cutting saw is broken more often than not.
They rarely pick it up.

Everyone has done away with store operators sooo, any employee who has a scanner/phone is able to answer the phone. Guess what? I was hired for paint or lumber, it's not my job to answer the stores phone. Sorry, but now you know.
Agreed. Most places are like that these days. Your best bet is to talk to an operator before any particular department. Operators answer phones and can be somewhat depended on for service. If that fails, visit the store in person which may result in a little less frustration. Stores suck, times have changed.

Unfortunately they don't have an employee that just sits around waiting for the phone to ring. They are probably busy helping other customers. Any thing you may be looking for can be found and ordered through their website.
I know what you mean! I was there a few days ago and it was frustrating driving there shopping for a friend and not finding the everyday common needed things. I grew up in LA County and I moved to OC where a store like Lowe's have plenty! I like to support the small business but Amazon is always the Option!

As of 2-10-19 there doesn't seem to be an 8" solar skylight tube available at Lowes or Lowes.com. They offer a 10,14, and 22 inch version on their website you can order and have delivered. -Edward's Enterprises Remodel Contractor and Handyman
As of 2-10-19 Lowes carries sod by "Harmony Brands". http://harmonybrands.com/ This is different than Marathon Sod, which is sold by Southland Sod Farms. I disagree. I go to this store on a regular basis. I find the employees to be very helpful. Everyone knows that you don't get anywhere calling these stores. You must go in and find what you need. I'm sorry that customer had such a bad experience.
There was customer service when I was there. Paint guy helped me right away. Someone answered my questions when I needed help. Sure, I had to find someone to help but they helped when asked.
