Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at Lowes Burbank? I've purposely let it ring for the last 38 mins 14 secs just to see if anyone would pick up. Too bad. I'll go elsewhere cuz they picked up and answered my question.

Everyone has done away with store operators sooo, any employee who has a scanner/phone is able to answer the phone. Guess what? I was hired for paint or lumber, it's not my job to answer the stores phone. Sorry, but now you know.

Now I know. Lowe’s at least say that in their recording instead of sending customers in a loop. Very bad customer service or none at all, but I guess you already knew that. Not cool.
