What is the regular check-in time? Is check-in handled on location or do we have to go to another address to check in?

I think the official check-in time is 3 pm, however we were able to check in around 12 because a room was already cleaned. All check in was done just down the street at PB Surf Beachside Inn

There is a sign on the door that will show you where to go..its up the street about 1 block.
