Yes, overnight camping with tents is allowed. And the showers are $0.50 per 2 minute shower which require a token.

Don't expect much from the showers, they run on tokens, 2 minutes per token, 2 tokens per dollar, the main problem is you have NO control on water temperature, it came so hot I could not get under it, rinsing my hair was painful.
Not sure about camping, but for sure there is a pay to use shower.
