If you are in to the history and culture of surfing this is the place. Many community events take place here. Evidence of surfers contributing $, items, stories, to the community.

Cool museum! We learned a ton about the history of surfing, surfboards, and iconic surfers. We also went for an event hosted by Groundswell and Sandy Feet Initiative.

We came up from San Diego for the Big Wednesday book signing. I was amazed at the number of classic boards and memorabilia on display. All of the people there were super nice and ready to answer any questions. Denny Aaberg was there to sign his book and Peter Townend was there to tell some really cool stories about the making of Big Wednesday. It was a great night and well worth the drive up from SD. Great group of dedicated people!
