Was there damage at Winema Camp this week?

I just checked their Facebook page and found this: "Today we had several surges into the lake from the high tide driven by especially large swells (8’ tide, 25’ to 30’ swells according the weather warnings. So the surf/saltwater changes the beach structure, pushes logs and other debris back into the lake. There were also swells that came over the end of Winema Rd pooling in the grassy area north of the Missions Building. As the tide went back out, the little creek draining the lake was choked off with sand. We will experience some flooding until the lake rises high enough to reestablish its flow across the sand. Awesome and humbly to see such power. Psalm 107:25."

Thank you for responding to my question. Am sorry to hear of the flooding, but thankful knowing it could have been so much worse. The camp and beach there at WiNeMa has given us so much joy. We will be anticipating our next visit.
